Recently we received a mail from Mr. Gopichand Budathoki about one of the first Rung music albums "Aei Mee Ge Jooni" by Mr. Biraj Budathoki. It is nice to get such emails and gives us great pleasure to feature the album on Rung Mung. Mr. Gokaran Bohra has helped us by sending some of the songs from this album and we are putting them as we did for the other Rung music albums.
We wish Mr. Biraj Budathoki lot os success and great future and hope to see more original and creative efforts from rung mung around the world.
Thanks to Mr. Gopichan Budathoki and Mr. Gokaran Bohra for their help and support.

Rung cultural endeavours seem to be on the rise these days. After the recent release of "Chishyo" we have had good fortune to witness the release of "Rimjhim Mangla" audio CD during Dehradun Seemadwar sector meeting on 28th Septmber.
Mr. Lokendra Patiyal brought the CDs for release and sale. Audio CD was released by Shri N S Napalchyal Ji and Shri Pushkar Sing Selal ji. Name of the album seems to be derived from the ancestral village, "Rimjhim", of singers Mrs. Mansa Kutiyal & Mrs. Meera Hyanki. For getting your copy you can mail to rungmung(0)gmail.com or contact Mr. Lokendra Patiyal. Please click read more to sample the songs!!

We have tried to bring some of the sound bites from mehfils in Runng Weddings. This tradition is fast losing its existence to Disco dandiya trends. Hope this will bring interest back for some at least
as of now versions are raw and unedited and recording is amateur with simple mp3 player recording, so please bear with us.
