Finally got some time to work on Nauksum.. and at last was able to link the photo album to Nauksum database.. wohooooo.... thats such a relief.. still have some linking problems though.. those that had access to the photo albums administrative section (hemen hya, bhumi, kailash, pramod, smriti, krish hya) you will not be able to log in with your old ids... use your Nauksum ids... and use the photo link at the main menu from the nauksum not the ones on the old header.. once logged in you might not have admin access... will have to change your Nauksum access rights which will then be reflected on the photo album as well... just try playing around with it at the moment.. will work on this later... with my current timings at work etc I dont know how much longer it would be before we can roll out Nauksum.. the layout for Nauksum is a problem area at the moment.. have to figure out how to make it better than the present one.. so long..

i was going thru some of the pages on the site after a long gap. i revisited the bhumika's and depen's pages. inclduing these 2 we have now three pages which are specific profession based and can function almost as mentor pages for each of these profession. we had been trying for quite sometime now this mentor porgramme to take off but somehow it seems to have gotten glued to ground. so guys in different professions, please come forward and send your work to us and we will showcase them here.. maybe that will attract younger generation to ask you relevant questions. just to revisit we have : Fashion design : Bhumika's page Architecture :Depen's page Merchant Navy : 2 here, Jeetendra's and Pramod's Music : Mahesh's Songs Advertising : not exactly meant as exclusive for g1 da's work but two of his works for Jhyangmothon are worth their weight in gold and can give ideas to young ones on creativity in the ad-world.

Again, this is me with a trashy.;) We had been observing some worthwhile stuff for a few days. It was very nice to see these good blog writers and blogs. Thanks guys for taking your important time and upgrading my outlook. And keep enlightening me more. B) One more thing, one question has been arisen. Why do we write blog? Myself, I don’t know, how, why I have been doing so. I mean writing purpose and all. What I feel is I write blogs just to share my feelings, something like a message to all. I don’t know whether those stuffs were important or not. I guess all the blogs were worthless. But some how I have managed to share my feelings. Now move it to trash.:) Hey! Hey! I never knew I would start blogging with these thaughts ..... since the day govt proposed the 49% reservation in IITs and IIMs ...any public forums ,related to career or education,I login I find strong hatred for govt and for us as well.. a post below was strong enough to challange my soul, to hit my feelings, to destroy my selfesteem: we all know, politicians are shameless, are evn the SC/ST'S and OBC's shameless for such a deal. india will surely lose its brains in brain drain if it continues with these oppressive policies.according to me there shouldnt be any reservations at all, why cant the SC/ST's and OBC's come for a open competition, in wat way are they distingiushed in soceity today.and offcourse if this is being implemented IIT's and IIM's are just any other institutions. and this is very natural.... They are not wrong at any point. I hate hatred... I feel guilty...Bcoz We are the reason. I've signed few of the online petitions against the dicision...I feel like "how selfish I am? ..apna time nikal gaya to ab nahin chahiye ..!!" My friends(general) often talk on this topic. I don't say (or can't say much)..but I support them. God, this time it's too much. We already have enough. Moreover ...the fact is, who gets the share of pie? Does the real needy get it? Anything I say here would become a issue. I pray, I hope this bill is not passed.

Yearti Kulo... interesting name .. and i think he has started interesting things here. i am not able to categorize his comments... maybe there is no need to categorize them in anyway. But all these comments have a thread which seems to suggest that yearti kulo wants to tell people that preaching is good but preachers should walk their talk as well. a good thought, its like the system of checks and balances. I know it is like bitter pill to read some of what has been written by him and i guess we should take some cues from him as well. for yearti kulo also i would request that too much negativism is not a good idea as then criticism loses its constructive edge and things become blurred and personal. we have suffered from that earlier in few discussions on yahoogroup and would request everyone to see things in constructive way. yearti kulo may we have you show us the way with some of your actions as well so that we learn and in the process rung mung will benefit from collective action that you would be initiating.

Night before i went home and was relaxing, flipping channels. Breaking news was that police arrested Medha Patkar and took her into hospital. it is so strange that our government machinery still behaves in this fashion. A nonviolent activist is staging protest and seeking government to act on the demands of people and government is so scared that they have to evict her from the scene. Bizarre twist is that they left other activists to continue their hunger strikes, i guess some unknowns dying doesn't scare the government at all. p.s. : i found other bizarre bit on TV was a model on fashion week told that some models were getting blisters as a result of hard work during this fashion week.!!! not that i am trying to put down their work but really it must be some skin that gets blistered by walking on the ramp

“Jhyangmothon” is going to take place within a few days. The Promo, with great voice, great wording, with great people, is there to shoot up our enthusiasm. And “Inspiration” yep, our people are needed. “Our People”, what I feel is, we rung people are such type of creatures who don’t want to say “yes, you are organizing a great event” even we don’t have guts to say “no, you are dialing wrong number” because we never take matter as our own. We are always busy. It seems that “BAAP RE! KITANA KAAM KARATEIN HAIN HUM LOG”. Come on, let’s make these words false. I guess, we are not the deceased person. I take my hat off to these people who are organizing such a great event. And I don’t need to inspire myself because I’m already. I can imagine what our people are going to organize. I, too, want to take part but my college and my leg aren’t allowing me. And I know it is not so easy to complete such a long distance but nothing is impossible. Our Jhyangmothon team has power to change the world. Definitely, they will be successful. My Best Wishes are always with each Organizer and every Participant. Keep Your Sports Man Spirit Up and Make Us Feel “Proud of You”.

In the present day world there are different kinds of people. some have great plans to set up, some have already started working,and some stay idle. by word "idle" i mean that they just live ordinary life as usual.they have nothing special in their life.they just live life as a "formality".so by this i want to make clear that we should do something in our life which will become an example for the coming generation The above topic means that we should from now onwards start living our life in a FULL manner.we should utilise every oppurtunity given in our life.we should do something extraordinary,something full of life,something innovative, in our life. somthing extraordinary means that can benifit the mass.. so its totally up to us what we want to do???? either we, like ANIMALS, just stay idle,or we make our life full of adventures.we should take the challenges, and show our power,show others what we can do if given "a chance". The main aim of writing this blog is to just make aware our RUNG YOUTHS, make them awake, that we shall together do some kind of thing for the benefit of our village and our society..There are many problems which people,especially students in our village,have to face daily. Through this blog i want to ATTRACT the attention of my friends and my elders,so that we can solve our long lasting problems. Few days back an incident shook me …. There was a rumour doin round among the rungmungs ..i don’t know how many of u in this group know ….but im sure most of the ppl know abt it …. It was like ….”Miss X Mr.Y ke Saath Bhaag Gayi …” everyone was talking abt the same ….. i got a call from one of my fren …& he/she started blab blab …. “Maine Suna Hai... X bhag gayi Y ke saath. Surprised, I asked if it’s a mere rumour ….”nahi yaar pakka hai …Sab Log Bol Rahe Hai “. That was his/her response beaming with confidence. Later found, it was a mere gossip but the damage has been already done ….. How often do we cook this sort of masala at the expense of others …? How often we talk bad abt someone whom we even don’t know …? How often we use the word like ….” Maine Suna Tha...n start all those nonsense just without knowing the intensity of those words said for sumone else.... Why the hell they spread such a crappy thing so confidently …...? Why spread things whose authenticity we don’t know ….. I’ve come across many ppl who very often do/say such things just by hearing from someone else n that too was told by some third /fourth person ….. Hard words but I fail to read the character of this sort of people.May be they don’t have the character at all …… Once again ystrdy heard someone saying… “Pakki Khabar Hai …n blab blab blab …. Same story but different characters ....My simple response to this was ....”I wish u stop this nonsense here “ If u r not sure abt something….. pls do make sure it stops at u rather than being the part of that long chain….. Which has rather damaging effect to someone ….
