it seems there is something called 1% rule on the web world. this post in rajesh jain's blog took me to this article in the guardian.
apparently this is about how normally a fewer people are involved in making content and more people content to watch/view/read. i guess thats good and bad both. Good when creators want big audience and bad when creating needs a big time participation.
in our case we need to take the ratio to higher percentage for sure. so audience out there get into makin some content for the site and not just be content by seeing whatever little you see out here :)

Thumb rule wud be:

~1 creates
~6 intract,
~23 want to intract but they don't (out of these 23, 18 are those who put comments (anon) on pic sec. but sad now they can't)
~70just view.. :-p
any other idea..??..
