Interesting to find these old videos from Google Video website. I can see Kishore Da and others in it. After checking with Kishore da, it turns out that Lachhu bhai ( Laxman Singh Kutiyal) had made these videos and I presume that he had uploaded these to google video.
This one is titled as Lakhimpur ( I think it is Lo-gar-pho aka Lakhanpur)
